The Student Industry Relations department serves as a strategic liaison between hospitality students, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders, fostering robust partnerships that bridge education and career opportunities. This role involves building partnerships with hotels, restaurants, event companies, and other relevant businesses to create opportunities for student engagement, including internships, job placements, industry tours, career fairs, and guest speaker events. By working closely with faculty Dean and industry representatives, the department ensure alignment of curricula with evolving market needs to promote experiential learning opportunities. Through strategic outreach and data-driven evaluation, the department continuously refine programs to maximize impact on student career outcomes. Finally, S.I.R plays a key role in connecting education with industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- MBA Management (Universite La Sagesse)
- Maitrise Informatique de Gestion (USJ)
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Multiple certifications in Hospitality, Management, Leadership, and IT from various international institutions such as Starwood Corporation.

- Member of the pre-opening team
- Manage the Resort with its 500 cabins, 24 chalets, two adult’s pools, one kid’s pool, beach area, wide outdoor areas with around 650 chaises longues, cabana’s & Health Club.
- Public relations ambassador for the resort at all times to guarantee proper guest experience.
- Ensure that all the Resort quality standards, rules, policies and procedures are met, exceeded, properly followed and compliant with the local licensing laws, health, safety & security guidelines and all other regulations.
