Job Title / Responsibilities

Rayan Haykal is the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at Université La Sagesse. He holds a PhD in Economics from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a MSc and BS in Economic Policy from Université Saint-Joseph, Beirut. His research and teaching span economic policy assessment, innovative financing, law and economics, and socio-economic perceptions of social change. He has also contributed as a policy expert and consultant for international organizations and national committees on curriculum reform and economic development.
