Lily Assaf, PhD

Lily Assaf is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Université La Sagesse. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the Doctoral School of Letters, Humanities & Social Sciences at the Lebanese University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Université Saint-Joseph, and a Maîtrise in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Lebanese University. At Université La Sagesse, she serves as Vice-President for International and Institutional Relations, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, Chair of the Human Resource Management Department, and MBA Thesis Coordinator at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. She is also the National Director of CEDIMES Liban, an organization that promotes interdisciplinary research on issues related to globalization, territorial development, entrepreneurship, and economic and social movements. In addition, she serves as Vice-President of the Board of SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon.
