Job Title / Responsibilities

Ghada Khawand Aylé is an Assistant Professor at Université La Sagesse, where she also serves as Chair of the Nursing Sciences Department. She holds a Ph.D. in Education, Career Guidance, and Ethics from Université Catholique de l’Ouest (France), and in Educational Sciences from Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon. She also earned an M.Sc. in Educational Sciences from USEK and an M.Sc. in Nursing from the Lebanese University (LU). In addition, she holds a State Diploma in Nursing from France and a B.Sc. in Nursing from LU. Her research focuses on adult learning, with a particular interest in simulation-based pedagogy. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has served as a Coordinator for a collaborative project between Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health and the Italian Cooperation for Development.
