In the presence of the Sagesse University Provost, Professor Georges Nehme, representing the President, Professor Lara Karam Boustany, and the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Dr. Marleine Ishac, the BS1 students hosted the Annual Parents Dinner on the Achrafieh campus at Le Gastronomique Restaurant on March 16, 2023.

During her speech, Dr. Ishac praised the students for their hard work and encouraged them to strive for excellence in the hospitality field, and she thanked the administration, faculty members and students for their passion, motivation and devotion towards the entire faculty of hospitality management. This event, that includes faculty, instructors, and parents, allowed the first-year students to showcase their practical skills in both the kitchen and service areas and created the opportunity for parents to meet with the faculty members.
