In the month of February, the Sagesse Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Beirut, is hosting a series of weekly Italian classes taught by the Italian-Lebanese Chef Azzam.
The sessions are designed to acquaint participants with recipes, menus, ingredients, preparation, and flavors common to the region.
