The Sagesse Faculty of Business Administration and the Central Bank’s Capital Markets Commission in collaboration with the Economic Dialogue of the Hiya TV held a televised seminar, entitled “How Can Capital Markets Expand Job Opportunities and Development?” at the Sagesse University’s Conference Room.  The keynote speakers were: Vice President of the Capital Markets Commission Mr. Sami Saliba and Dean of the Sagesse Faculty of Business Administration Professor Rock-Antoine Mehanna.  The seminar was moderated by Mrs. Ghada Ballout Zeitoun and inaugurated by Mr. Johnny Geagea.  The event was attended by Sagesse University’s Rector Fr. Khalil Chalfoun, bankers, media executives, head of academic departments, faculty members, and Sagesse students in financial engineering, financial economics, banking and finance, and economics programs.  After Mr. Saliba’s and Dean Mehanna’s respective presentations, a Q&A session was held and both parties agreed to start working on a ‘Memorandum of Understanding” to strengthen the strategic partnership, exchange of research, training, and other opportunities between the Sagesse Faculty of Business and the Capital Markets Commission.
