As a part of the Understanding the Environment course, the faculty invites speakers to come and discuss real life industry experience.
Chef Maroun Chedid, a world renowned Lebanese chef who earned the prestigious title of ‘Chef de L’Année a L’International’ by the Toques Blanches du Monde in 2013, was invited to participate in the lecture series. The owner of Ritage and a jury member of the international program Top Chef, he is recognized for the active role he plays in contributing to the development of Lebanese Mediterranean gastronomy.
Chef Maroun spoke about the new trends in F&B while sharing his extensive experience in hospitality.
