The Young Hotelier Summit was held at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne Switzerland from Sunday the 15^th of March till Wednesday the 18^th of March.

32 universities from top hospitality management schools were delegated to attend the annual summit.  Zahi Khoury and Jimmy Moussa from BS6 students were nominated to participate in the YHS 6^th edition through a Creativity Challenge, Keynote speakers, Panels, Focus Groups, Workshops and Recruitment.

Why YHS is important for hoteliers?

Because YHS program seeks to provide a unique and profitable setting to hoteliers and contribute to shaping the employment outlook in the hospitality industry.

This year’s YHS focused on the transition from classic to contemporary hospitality, while the key topics of discussion included the future role of OTAs, the effect of the millennial generation entering the workforce, the impact of the sharing economy on traditional hotels, and much more.
