DESCRIPTION:Université La Sagesse signs a MoU with SEEDS for Legal Initiatives \nUniversité La Sagesse and SEEDS for Legal Initiatives have formalized their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding\, aiming to advance legal education and advocacy. \n \nThis agreement builds on the course “Dealing with the Past: The Missing and the Forcibly Disappeared in Lebanon”\, implemented by the Faculty of Law Legal Clinic\, in partnership with SEEDS and supported by OHCHR. \nOver 500 participants already enrolled in the course\, and it is accessible to the public via: mooc.uls.edu.lb/. \n \nThe signing of the MOU will implement the development of a new module in the existing MOOC. The new module is supported by UN Women. It will focus on gender-sensitive perspectives in the context of enforced disappearances\, addressing the challenges faced by women as relatives of the disappeared. \n \n
