DESCRIPTION:In the esteemed presence of ULS president Prof. Georges N. Nehme\, members of the ULS Council and the Faculty of Public Health had the privilege of welcoming Mrs. Abir Kurdi Alame\, President of the Order of Nurses in Lebanon\, for a special occasion that combined honoring excellence and fostering strong cooperation with the Order which plays a pivotal role in advancing the nursing profession. \nWe also celebrated our exceptional nursing student\, Jocelyne Ziade\, whose passion and dedication earned her the top national score in the colloquium. \nThis moment highlighted the broader impact of nursing: a profession that transcends clinical skills to embody a profound commitment to health\, well-being\, and human dignity. Nurses are at the forefront of healthcare transformation\, and at ULS\, we take pride in cultivating this culture of leadership and innovation through our Faculty of Public Health and the Department of Nursing Sciences. \nLet’s continue to celebrate and elevate the incredible contributions of nurses to our communities.
