Fr. Camille Moubarak, President of Sagesse University honored Mr. Nouhad Dammous for his role in founding hospitality education in Lebanon and the Arab world since 1957.
The ceremony took place at the Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management in Achrafiyeh on Thursday 15 December 2011 at 6 pm in the presence of H.E. Fadi Abboud, minister of Tourism.
Over 300 hoteliers, restaurateurs, deans of hotel schools and other hospitality family members attended the event.
The ceremony was followed by a gastronomic cocktail prepared by the students of the Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management who showed off their skills and quality of work.
