The ULS Career and Professional Development office is pleased to announce that the two ULS nurses Ms. Rania El Ghazal and Ms. Nathalie El Haddad won the Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat Étudiant au Liban (DEEL) competition organized by L’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).

As part of the DEEL project, 13 finalist teams from 13 Lebanese universities pitched their projects on Saturday, May 4th, from 9a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the jury that included the Director of the AUF Middle East Office Mr. Hervé Sabourin, , Director of PEPITE at Bourgogne Franche Comté University Mrs. Pascale Brenet , the Executive director of L’Orient Le Jour Mr. Michel Helou, at the Beirut Digital District (BDD1280). The 6 winning teams will spend 1-month in France in PEPITE centers in order to benefit from the support needed to develop their project.
