This boot camp aimed to bridge the growing gap between the busy schedule and subject matter curriculum of the academic world that might be overlooking essential career skills needed for people to excel and shine individually and collectively apart from their acquired technical knowledge.

During these three-day boot camp, the students got the chance to be trained on primary skills essential for the job market. They were offered career counseling sessions by leading coaches and mentors.

They had interactive panel discussions on the entrepreneurial culture with leading executives and entrepreneurs and by listening to the inspiring speech of a young entrepreneur Abdallah Harfouche.

They also participated in job interview simulation sessions, CV writing and cover letter training, and public speaking.

They were able to improve their communicative and relational skills through personality tests that allowed them to better understand their own personality and others’ personality, and to adapt the way they communicate in different situations.

The HEADSHIP Program assisted students and fresh graduates with the necessary skills and tools required for the job market, and the highly challenging and rapidly evolving business world.

From this training, students will benefit from an internship at one of the 20 Headship Program partners, such as Carrem, Kunhadi, Rotana, etc.
